THE ROLE

Grow Weber Football's social presence, hands-on.

Weber Football already gets weekly cinematic highlight videos every season — now we're building a volunteer crew around that content. You'll shoot game-day footage and edit it into content that builds the audience. This is a real, ongoing production, so you're learning by doing, not by watching.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Shoot short-form content on location at games
  • Edit that footage into content for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms
  • Manage a posting calendar and engage with the growing audience
  • Pitch and test content formats — recurring series, trends, sound choices
  • Work directly with the director on what's fair game to share publicly
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Comfortable filming and editing on a phone, no fancy gear required
  • Actually watches TikTok/Reels and understands what makes something work
  • Interested in football and sports content
  • Can commit to being on-site for select game days
WHY IT'S WORTH DOING
You'll leave with a real portfolio of content built around a real, ongoing sports content operation, direct mentorship on shooting and editing, and screen credit on the social rollout. This is a volunteer, portfolio-building role — not a paid position. If you want to apply it toward school credit, that's between you and your school's advisor; we're happy to sign standard paperwork once that's set up.
